SANSIDOR EXPANDS ITS SERVICES WITH THE ACQUISITION OF GEVOTEC

Sansidor is proud to call the professionals of Gevotec (and Gevotec Industry) full members of the Sansidor Group. Gevotec is a quality-driven, no-nonsense technical inspector who is a perfect addition to Sansidor’s range of services. The inspection company focused on safe and healthy / sustainable buildings.

Within the six sectors in which Sansidor is active – air, water, fire, electricity, infection prevention and SCIOS inspections – there was still a lack of a strong specialist in the tests and inspections of, among other things, oil, gas, & bio installations, climate installations and burners. Gevotec has been providing technical services throughout the country for years with inspections focused on these installations and associated advice and work.

Now that Gevotec has become part of Sansidor, clients from all Sansidor companies can use Gevotec’s knowledge and expertise. That fits within the Buy & Build. Together strategy that Sansidor is pursuing, says Udo Waltman, director of Sansidor: “We want to build a broad portfolio of strong, local companies within our TIC network. Gevotec is exactly such a party: knowledgeable, pragmatic and loved because of the no-nonsense approach for its clients. Together we want to build on that and utilize the power of the total network.”

Gerrit Ten Voorde will remain closely involved with Gevotec as director and, in addition to the general business operations, in the medium term will also focus more on the profession, the specialism of implementation and coaching colleagues. Ten Voorde: “Service to our customers is always number one, also within this takeover. Sansidor offers us the opportunity to retain the service and group feeling of an independent entrepreneurial player with the scale and knowledge sharing of a larger club. We receive good support in the so-called secondary business operations and the specialism remains with us. In this way, even within the intended growth, I can focus more as a person on the specialism and our beautiful profession.

Sansidor continues to grow and develop within the Testing, Inspection & Certification industry. In the coming year, Sansidor hopes to add new players to the team of specialist companies from all over the Netherlands.
