The company has specialized in monitoring, inspection, management and maintenance of elevators, escalators, automatic doors and façade installations for decades. Through the combination of technical inspections and data-driven analyses, DLR Eurlicon helps clients better understand how to monitor the quality of maintenance performed, the risks involved, and advice and guidance on planned renovations or replacements. Plant maintenance and repairs are carried out by a network of specialized maintenance companies and suppliers, with DLR Eurlicon directing the work performed. This working method fits well with Sansidor’s ambitions to make buildings safer, healthier and more future-proof.
DLR Eurlicon operates nationwide, supporting organizations with independent and autonomous expertise. The company makes clever use of digital systems that provide real-time insight into installations and help turn inspection data into concrete advice for operation and investment and maintenance decisions. Founder and co-shareholder of DLR Eurlicon, Reinier Geradts, remains responsible for day-to-day management and sees joining Sansidor as a logical step in the company’s development:
