About Sansidor
Sansidor is an original investment of HC Partners, with IK Partner currently being the major shareholder, and originated from a number of inspection companies. We may still be a relatively young TIS network organization; but we do have a long history and a lot of experience with some companies over 50 years old. Add to that our substantial growth ambitions. If it is up to us, we will become the most dynamic, fastest growing and most customer-oriented TIS network in the Netherlands and Germany.
We are looking for
For our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for driven TIS companies. We are targeting entrepreneurs and management teams who want to sell their business, but at the same time offer the opportunity to continue doing business together under the Sansidor brand. Ideal candidates are family businesses, inspection companies, testing agencies, specialized laboratories or consulting organizations with 25 to 100 FTE and a proven track record. Many of our companies also offer additional services and services.
Letting go and renewed focus
When you choose to become part of Sansidor, we can take parts of secondary processes off your hands. We arrange this between our brands or from within Sansidor. Think of IT, legal and financial matters, human resources and procurement. This allows you as an entrepreneur or management team to focus fully on what you enjoy most: doing business and working with clients and colleagues.
