What we do
As a specialist in Testing, Inspection & Services (TIS), we offer reliable, independent and timely advice, inspections, tests, audits, training and analysis. Our high-quality project management and additional services are fully focused on ensuring a safe, healthy and sustainable working and living environment.
At Sansidor, we never stand still
Our TIS network is constantly growing, becoming stronger and more powerful. This unique combination of a larger professional organization that provides support and encourages cooperation, with local entrepreneurship and customer focus in the – mostly independent – companies, makes our services increasingly exciting.
Our origins
Sansidor was created in 2018 as an investment of HC Partners, born out of a number of inspection companies. Despite being a young TIS network organization, the companies within our network have a rich history and a wealth of experience, some of which have been around for more than 55 years. After several years of rapid growth, IK-Partners joined as a participant in 2024. In 2025 the move to Germany was made, with the same services and vision.
What we do
Our services are aimed at creating and maintaining safe, healthy and sustainable buildings, installations and interior spaces – as well as at dealing responsibly with the living environment, such as subsoil and infrastructure. We work for a wide range of clients: from building owners and managers to technical and facility services, industry, installers, construction companies and governments.

Our ambition? To become the most dynamic, fastest growing and customer-oriented TIS network in the Netherlands and Germany. With the entry of IK Partners as a majority shareholder as of July 2024, we are strengthening this ambition. Together with our shareholders and stakeholders, we are purposefully building for the future.
