Water safety & Environment-analysis
Together we guarantee clean drinking water
Clean (drinking) water is an essential need, but certainly not always taken for granted. With our water activities, we focus on ensuring of this. We are starting risk-oriented inspections and advice & bring the management of installations. We then perform legionella testing, take samples for comprehensive analyses and check check check valves. Our unique technical expertise enables us to detect and remediate bacteriological and other contaminants. Whether pool water, cooling towers or entire drinking waterinstallations, we offer appropriate solutions such as targeted modifications and cleanings. In Germany we have also have accredited laboratoria for specialist water-, chemical & environmental studies.
Fire Safety
Fire prevention has many different perspectives
Our core activities include checking fire extinguishers and emergency and evacuation lighting, as well as providing FAFS training. Crucial components in the event of fire or smoke development. We also offer inspections and services in the field of burner technology to ensure safe and sustainable combustion installations.
We also help in the sustainability and retrofitting of emergency lighting and supply certified fire extinguishers. In the maritime sector, through Polmai, we are a recognised expert in (fire) safety on ships, both in the Netherlands and internationally.
We also provide inspection, control and certification of (dry) fire lines, including any repairs and the construction of new fire line sections if necessary. In the field of burner technology we perform thorough inspections and provide testing & inspections and maintenance of oil, bio and gas burners. In doing so, we follow all requirements of SCIOS Scope 1, Scope 2, Scope 3, Scope 4, Scope 5, Scope 6 and Scope 7. Our proactive climate plant inspections according to SCIOS Scope 14 , contribute to efficiency and sustainability.

Our approach begins with thorough RVB BOEI inspections, meter readings and condition measurements to identify the condition a building and its installations. With EPA surveys, we identify energy performance & recommend improvements, and we identify potential risks from electrical installations. Thanks to smart IT solutions – from digital inspection reports to real-time data monitoring – we provide instant insight into critical values and trends.
Based on these insights, our specialists work on concrete improvement and maintenance plans. We support the preparation of specifications, take the management off your hands and secure quality through structured quality control. In addition, our W&E engineers advise on smart installations and offer real estate economic advice to maximize building value.
Electrical inspections & testing
Inspections, thermography, ATEX and courses
Checking and inspecting electrical systems, solar panels and electrical work equipment is not only required by law, but often a requirement of insurers. The main goal is to prevent fire and protect against exposure to electricity. We have extensive expertise in the medical sector, retail and leisureindustry, residential and office construction and the agricultural sector. Our research can combine visual inspections combine with measurements and thermography, performed according to regulations such as SCIOS Scope 8, Scope 10 and Scope 12, NEN 3140 and NEN 3110 in the Netherlands and under andre DGUV V3 in Germany. In addition, we offer a full range of ATEX activities: from inspections and to training. We also provide courses focused on general safe working with electricity.
Soil, Infrastructure & Environment

A healthy living environment is built on several pillars. For example, a clean and safe soil, quality (civil) infrastructure and a focus on a safe working environment. With a diverse and complete range of research, inspection, consultancy and supervision services, our specialists help to realize projects efficiently and responsibly. For analysis of (secondary) raw materials, we use our own laboratories.
Our specialists support clients with a variety of inspections, tests and analyses, for example in the field of asbestos, soil, flora and fauna, asphalt, concrete, secondary raw materials, air quality, water quality, noise, archaeology, inspections of civil engineering structures and structural calculations. With risk inventory and evaluation (RI&E), among other things, we identify labor risks so that organizations can adjust their policies and practices accordingly. Clients also come to us for specialist geotechnical and probing research and for guidance in permit procedures. In this way we work with them to create a safe and sustainable living and working environment.

Our infection prevention staff conducts audits and provides in-depth advice on infection prevention policies. With our physician microbiologist on board and experienced teams in scope cleaning and disinfection, we guarantee that every work environment meets the strictest hygiene standards.
In outbreak management, we are ready to take quick, structured steps to prevent further spread. Our training and courses focus on behavior change and hands-on protocols, while with targeted infection prevention department support, we ensure lasting assurance within an organization.
