Sansidor is overjoyed to call the professionals of Xigna full members of the Sansidor club.
Xigna is a company full of “WaterNERDS,” who have a deep passion for smart and safe water management with low operational costs. With this new acquisition, Sansidor is convinced to further improve and expand its services within the water safety world.
Within the six sectors in which Sansidor operates – air, water, fire, electrical, infection prevention and SCIOS inspections –Xigna is rightfully a strong addition. As an expertise agency, Xigna investigates, inspects and advises in the field of water safety. The specializations of legionella, swimming pool water and process water management are in high demand.
Now that Xigna has become part of Sansidor, clients of all Sansidor companies can make use of Xigna’s knowledge and expertise. This fits within the Buy & Build. Together strategy that Sansidor is pursuing, explains Udo Waltman, director of Sansidor: “We want to build a broad portfolio of strong, local companies within our TIC network. Such a party is Xigna exactly: transparent, pragmatic and full of passion. Together we want to build on that and leverage the strength of the overall network.”
Erwin Nijlant and Clemens Stemerdink, who are managing directors at Xigna, will remain closely involved with Xigna. Nijlant: “We sometimes call ourselves OENs at Xigna: Open, Honest and Curious. We are pleased that Sansidor are also of those OENs, and so feel completely at home in the network. We keep our close-knit group , and at the same time we take advantage of the scale and knowledge sharing of a larger club. That, of course, is fantastic.”
Sansidor thus continues to grow, further developing within the Testing, Inspection & Certification industry.
In the coming year, Sansidor also hopes to add new players to its team of specialist companies from across the Netherlands.
