Ingenieursbureau Westenberg has long been a leading inspection, consultancy and engineering firm for civil engineering works and industrial plants. From its offices in Harderwijk, Steenwijk and Bergen op Zoom, a team of 43 professionals perform annual inspections of more than 15,000 objects. This work is carried out on behalf of municipalities, provinces, water boards, Rijkswaterstaat, ProRail, contractors and engineering firms, among others.
Ingenieursbureau Westenberg provides a broad range of services within the TIS domain: from inspections and further investigations to policy development, calculations, contracting, management and supervision. The firm also plays a leading role in knowledge development, contributing to guidelines such as NEN 2767, CUR 117 and CUR 213, and initiatives in the areas of circularity and asset management.
With this affiliation, Sansidor strengthens its TIS proposition towards the physical environment. Ingenieursbureau Westenberg will become part of the Soil, Infra & Environment cluster, in which Milon, Milab, de Roever omgevingsadvies, Grondslag and Ortageo are also active. This cluster is one of five substantive specialties within Sansidor, which together form a complete network in the field of safety, health and sustainability.
