This independent inspection agency, based in Zundert, has specialized in real estate and sustainability advice and serves both private and corporate clients in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Huijbregts Vastgoedadvies has built up a strong reputation in providing high-quality and independent advice in the field of energy labels for homes and business premises (± 15,000 annually), architectural inspections, sustainability advice, multi-year maintenance plans (MJOP), NEN-2767 condition measurements and NEN-2580 surface measurements. Through their expertise they contribute to the sustainability and value retention of real estate.
This acquisition fits perfectly with Sansidor’s strategy to further strengthen its position in building-related inspections and services. In addition to the existing specialties and the recent addition of HumbleBuildings, Huijbregts Vastgoedadvies adds additional expertise within the building integrity pillar.
