Sansidor

MILON, MILAB and De Roever Omgevingsadvies join forces with Sansidor – welcome to the family!

Veghel June 2, 2025 – The sister companies MILON, MILAB and De Roever Omgevingsadvies have recently become part of Sansidor’s national network. The three organizations – active in the field of soil research, laboratory analyses, permit processes and integral environmental advice – remain mostly independent – operating from their joint location in Veghel. Joining Sansidor creates scope for cooperation, knowledge sharing and joint growth within a new substantive cluster specializing in Soil, Infra & Environment.

The companies combine years of experience with a strong reputation in independent and expert inspections, research, analyses & advice. Among other things, MILON offers specialized soil research, from exploratory analyses to guidance in remediation projects. MILAB carries out accredited laboratory research into building and residual materials and environmental hygiene applications. De Roever Environmental Advice supports companies and governments in obtaining permits and preparing research reports in areas such as noise, air, ecology and safety.

With the arrival of these three organizations, a new substantive specialty is being built within Sansidor. Soil, Infra & Environment focuses on issues affecting the physical living environment and its sustainable use. MILON, MILAB and De Roever Omgevingsadvies form the start.

The organizations will continue to operate under their own names and with their familiar faces. However, there will be a change in management: Patrick Trikels, until now DGA and general manager, will hand over the baton. Norma van den Wijngaard – de Graaf will take over the general management and she will shape the daily management together with Marc Jansen, Jelle van den Berk and John Zwijnenberg.

Patrick Trikels, former general manager of MILON, MILAB and De Roever Omgevingsadvies, said:

“Joining Sansidor feels like a logical next step. We retain our identity and working method, but at the same time benefit from the strength of the network. In this way we can support our clients even better and take advantage of new opportunities. For our clients, little changes – except that we are even stronger and can offer an even broader range of services within the cluster. For our people, it means stability, security and great development opportunities.”

The transfer of leadership also marks a special moment to reflect on the role of Patrick Trikels. As the driving force behind MILON, MILAB and De Roever Omgevingsadvies, he has built three solid, substantively strong organizations over the past decades with vision, perseverance and commitment. His entrepreneurship laid the foundation for the success these companies know today. On behalf of the entire team – and now also on behalf of Sansidor – we thank Patrick for his years of dedication, leadership and the foundation he laid for the future.

Udo Waltman, CEO of Sansidor, on this acquisition:
“With the addition of MILON, MILAB and De Roever Omgevingsadvies, we are taking the first step in the new ‘Soil, Infra & Environment’ cluster. Their expertise forms a solid beginning on which we will continue to build this cluster. It is a nice expansion of our network and an opportunity to grow together in a domain that is becoming increasingly important for our clients.”

About Sansidor Sansidor is a rapidly growing network of companies in the testing, inspection and services (TIS) sector.
