Dave began his career as a finance consultant, getting a unique inside look at countless companies. “What always appealed to me in finance is the overview you get. You see everything – from operational details to strategic choices – reflected in the numbers. There are no secrets.” At Sansidor, that insight comes in handy. “What I like about my work here is the combination of hands-on participation and building for the long term. It’s constantly switching between daily reality and the course we want to take together.”

As CFO, Dave leads a team at the center of the dynamics of a rapidly growing organization. “We have brought stability just as the group is growing rapidly. I think that is a great achievement of the team – we have remained flexible as well as looking ahead.” That foresight is essential. “We have started the international expansion into Germany. I really want to work on that in the coming years so that we can successfully build Sansidor there as well.”

Dave sees collaboration within the network as one of Sansidor’s strengths. “Each company brings something unique. By sharing best practices, we make progress together. Small adjustments can yield big improvements.”

For the future, he sees opportunities especially in the area of technology. “How do we deploy AI optimally? And how do we ensure our digital security? “
His advice to new companies within Sansidor? “Make use of the network. There is a lot of knowledge available, and we are happy to share it. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel – but you can make it run better together.”
