"I work in a different location every day."
As Project Manager and Mechanic at Legiotec, Sven works on a variety of assignments throughout the Netherlands. “No day is the same – and that’s exactly what I love about it,” he says. “The customer demand is different every time, and so is the approach. That keeps me on my toes.”
Sven is involved from start to finish. “I prepare the work, maintain contact with the customer and then go out, alone or together with colleagues. That variety and responsibility suit me well.”
What makes the work even more interesting is the collaboration within the Sansidor network. “Being part of a larger group makes it easier to get in touch with other specialists. I learn from them, I can share my knowledge, and we easily exchange materials and solutions. You don’t have to keep reinventing the wheel yourself.”
At Legiotec and within Sansidor, Sven gets plenty of room to do his job well – and to develop further. “If you want to learn something or get better at something, there is always someone who thinks with you or helps you along. You work independently, but you are never alone.”
