We already ran a pilot to offer a personality & lifestyle scan within 1 department.
In addition, we are going to start working with Openup at a business unit. With this we want to fulfill a growing need to be able to offer some extra help when someone is facing a (personal) challenge.
And because we really believe in taking responsibility, this new cooperation also provides tools to train managers to recognize signals and give advice, thus creating shared responsibility with colleagues.
We are looking forward to the first pilot and thus trying to improve ourselves permanently as an employer (& as colleagues).
